Director, Strategic Accounts
As Director of Strategic Accounts, Tom is responsible for DP&L’s Energy Efficiency programs, the management of its largest customer accounts, Economic Development and operational relationships with local governments.
Tom has been with DP&L for nearly 30 years. Past responsibilities include work with DP&L’s demand side management initiatives during the 1990s, when he was responsible for marketing the company’s energy efficiency programs. Prior to his current role, Tom was Director of Corporate Communications, which included customer research, advertising, media relations and investor relations.
Customer Accounts Manager
In her role as Customer Accounts Manager, Georgene is currently responsible for local government relations and key governmental account management within the business development sector.
A 40-year employee with Dayton Power & Light, she has served in various positions throughout the organization including leading the staff of Environmental Management, Real Estate Services, Purchasing, T&D field and office operations, Safety, Joint Use, implementation of the Trouble Call Management System and change management functions. Through these experiences she has developed strong professional relationships with the local governments and works closely with the local and state government economic development functions. Georgene is also currently active with many regional economic development organizations throughout the Dayton Power & Light Service area.
Customer Business Manager
As Customer Business Manager, Ben is responsible for managing major accounts and government relations in DP&L’s northern territory. When it comes to economic development, Ben works across the 24-county DP&L territory processing prospect RFIs and co-managing the DP&L Site Certification program. He is active in local economic development as a member of the Ohio Economic Development Association and a board member for the Union County Community Improvement Corporation.
Ben received his bachelor’s degree in business economics from Wheaton College in Wheaton, Illinois in 2007 and earned his MBA from Capital University in Columbus, Ohio in 2015.
